Are the kits suitable for beginners?
Yes. Each kit covers a full face with easy shades and includes brushes and a puff.
How long does makeup keep?
Mascara and liquid products are best used within 6 to 12 months of opening; powders last longer if kept dry.
Can I return an opened makeup kit?
Returns are handled by the store you bought from, under its hygiene policy.
Chargers and motors
My charger light stays green. Why?
Green with no battery connected is normal. If it stays green on a flat battery, check the connector and the battery fuse.
The car runs slowly after a charge.
The battery is often worn. Batteries usually last one to three seasons.
Do the motors come with wiring?
Each gearbox has its own leads; connect them as the old ones were connected.
Orders
Where do I order?
Every Shop button opens the store that sells the kit; prices and delivery are shown there.
Who handles warranty?
